One Reading Hotel is a high-end, modern hotel that prioritized Hotel HVAC system efficiency and reliability from the design phase.

This combination provides flexible capacity for various hotel areas — including guest rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, and the lobby — ensuring uniform comfort and quiet operation.
Technical Highlights
The Hotel HVAC solution for this project is based on GREE’s Mini VRF technology, offering:
- High Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) — reducing power consumption and costs.
- Smart Control System — enabling centralized management and zone-based control.
- Modular Installation — allowing flexible adaptation to hotel layouts.

All materials, including copper piping and communication wiring, meet international standards for reliability and long-term performance.
